Lifetime Warranty

   ClearPC.ca products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for life from the original invoice date with exclusions as noted.

   The Lifetime Warranty does not include user damage from normal wear and tear and physical damage, such as from attempted theft, but we will make every effort to repair or replace your product should that occur for the life of the product.

   The Warranty does not cover seam separations and/or minor cracks that can be easily repaired with a bonding agent. Despite minor cracks, in most circumstances, a repair can be affected with success that will not affect the long term use of the enclosure. We reserve the right to determine this on a case by case basis and we thank-you for your understanding.

   ClearPC assumes no responsibility for repair or replacement to products sustaining damages resulting from user modification, attachments to a product, misuse, abuse, alteration or neglectful use of the product.

   The warranty provisions set forth above are expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, statutory or implied in fact or by law, and all remedies against. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose made by ClearPC.

   If a defect in material or workmanship has occurred, ClearPC reserves the right to determine if the problem has occurred under normal use. The defective product will be repaired or replaced at the option of ClearPC, free of charge to the customer, excluding cost of shipping.
