Our Refund Policy at ClearPC®
Our refund policy is simple: we cannot offer refunds for custom modified or custom built enclosures for any reason. Cases which are not modified may be returned provided you pay a small 10% restocking fee, return shipping and any border fees we incur at the time of shipment (should there be any). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Remember to add enough insurance to your return shipment. If the case arrives damaged due to improper packaging or shipper's damages, you will not receive a refund from The Upgrade Path Inc.. Rather, you will have to speak to your shipper to begin an insurance claim on your behalf.
Effective November 1st 2005, we have a $6.25 handling fee for orders under $15. Goods left over 120 days will be happily used in our crash test platform for further modding and study. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to call us directly at 250-721-DIGI (3444).
Damaged Goods
Firstly, we would be VERY sorry to hear that our shipping company has
damaged your computer case.
Each case we build is important to us and seeing our customers get one of our
products in this fashion is truly disappointing.
The following instructions will help get a new case to you quickly. Please
follow them with great care.
Instructions for Damaged Case
1. Please put aside and keep all accessory items while we prepare your new case.
The new case will not ship with any accessories.
2. Please repack the case in its original box with original packaging. A Fedex
driver will come to pick up the computer case within days.
3. Please inform the driver that comes of the external damage to the shipping
box. There has to be some damage, a crushed corner of the box, a tear or puncture.
Even a scrape is important and should be noted carefully.
This is very important to the claims process so please inspect the box carefully.
Any digital photos you can provide are of great help as well. Please send them to our
email address below.
4. Once the case has been picked up, please let us know by emailing info@clearpc.ca
We will then put in a new order and have a new case made or modified for you.
*We will then ship you a new unit as soon as it is available.
